LOBO flour and spice mix for roasted chicken "Hot & Spicy" F is a spice and flour mix prepared by the Thai manufacturer LOBO, designed for preparing a crispy and spicy fried chicken dish.
Spice mix LOBO. Preparation instructions
Separate the marinade package and dissolve its contents in ¼ cup (60 ml) of water.
Rub 1 kg of chicken pieces with the resulting marinade and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours (preferably overnight in the refrigerator).
Separately, open the flour package and roll the marinated chicken in the flour, pressing well to form a crispy crust.
Fry the chicken in hot oil at medium temperature until golden brown: larger pieces for about 12 minutes, smaller pieces for about 7 minutes.
Tip: Instead of frying in oil, you can use a hot air fryer.
