Beef PHO soup is a classic and pride of Vietnamese cuisine! This dish is quite simple, but distinguished by its deep and rich flavor, created from simple ingredients, but with an incredibly tempting taste. The clear, slightly sweet broth is cooked for a long time from beef bones with cinnamon, anise, roasted ginger and onion - the smell is simply enchanting. Soft rice noodles merge with freshly cut beef, poured with hot fragrant broth, seasoned with fresh herbs, spring onions, bean sprouts... - all this creates a real symphony of taste.
